MOTORCYCLE CUSTOMIZATION
BOLT
MOTORCYCLES
Break free from the silence
We restore classic motorcycles through design, engineering, and mechanical precision. From the initial sketch to the finished product, every decision is guided by a clear technical vision and a unique riding experience. No decorative customization. No off-the-shelf builds.
DESIGNED
ON PURPOSE.
Here's how our motorcycle customization process works
We restore classic motorcycles through engineering, manufacturing, and visible craftsmanship. Each machine is born from a story worth preserving and evolves through in-house design, mechanics, and execution until it becomes something impossible to replicate. No nostalgia. No decorative customization.
Only motorcycles built with care.
Why Choose Bolt to Customize Your Motorcycle
Kawasaki ZRX 1200R
For our 100th project we didn't want to change its essence, but to reinterpret it through engineering.

Built for a ship's captain who wanted to bring the spirit of the ocean to the world of motorcycles.
HONDA CBX 1000

REMASTERED. NOT RESTORED.
We don’t rebuild motorcycles to take them back to the past. We reinterpret them through engineering, in-house manufacturing, and technical decisions that enhance what the machine was always meant to be. Preserve the essentials. Refine what’s necessary. Eliminate the superficial. That’s BOLT.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What types of motorcycles does BOLT Motorbikes work on?
Large-displacement classic motorcycles with real potential for a restomod or bespoke build. We primarily work on BMW R Series, Harley-Davidson Sportster, Ironhead, and Knucklehead models, Triumph Bonneville and Thruxton, Honda CB and CX500, classic Ducatis, and other platforms with chassis and mechanical components that warrant extensive restoration.
How long does a project take?
We do not work with standard timelines. Actual timelines are determined during the initial briefing phase. We typically complete end-to-end projects within 45 to 90 days. Partial projects usually take us between 15 and 45 days.
Is it possible to make partial modifications to my motorcycle?
Yes, when there’s a clear technical reason. Partial modifications are entirely feasible within the BOLT process. If you’re looking to change the aesthetics without any mechanical justification, we’re probably not the right choice. If you’re looking for a well-thought-out, methodical modification, that’s exactly what we do.
Is the motorcycle still legal after the modification?
Yes. We work based on technical and documentation criteria: modifications are made with the goal of ensuring that the motorcycle can be certified and driven without any problems. We handle the ITV inspection and modification process when the project requires it.
How is payment for the project structured?
In four payments: €1,000 + VAT as a reservation fee, 50% one month before the start date to cover material procurement, 25% upon commencement of assembly, and 25% upon delivery. The reservation fee is deducted from the total estimate.
