Kawasaki ZRX 1200R

The Kawasaki ZRX 1200 R has always been a motorcycle with a very distinct personality: instant torque, a commanding presence, and a unique ability to deliver thrills from the very first twist of the throttle.

For our 100th project, we didn't want to change its essence, but rather to reinterpret it through engineering—reducing weight, increasing precision, and creating a machine that is more direct, more agile, and more responsive.

• High-performance Öhlins fork.
• CNC-machined tie rods developed by BOLT.
• Custom-made steering shaft and wheel shaft.
• BOLT brake rotors developed and machined specifically for this project.
• Brembo Gold Series Calipers.
• Completely modified original swingarm, inspired by Bimota.
• Completely rebuilt engine.
• A custom-built exhaust system developed entirely by BOLT.
• New exhaust manifolds.
• Recalibrated carburetion.
• A radiator with greater capacity to improve thermal stability.
