We always start by talking. We want you to tell us everything — what you’re looking for, whether you already have a base bike or need help finding one, the ideas you have in mind, and any inspiration you’d like to share. Once we have a clear vision, the next step is to send you an estimated quote.
If both parties agree on the quote, you’ll place a deposit to secure your spot on our waiting list. That’s when we’ll confirm the estimated delivery timeline for your custom build.
A couple of months before we begin working on your motorcycle, our design team will reach out to fine-tune every detail — so you can visualize exactly how your custom bike will look.
Once the design is approved, our mechanics get to work sourcing the necessary parts, ensuring everything is ready in the workshop when the project kicks off.
How much does a BOLT cost? Well, it depends.
It depends on what you’re looking for and on the condition of the base bike we’re going to work with.
Until the bike arrives at the workshop, we can only offer estimated quotes — because until we get it up on the lift, we can’t know for sure if there’s any part in poor condition that needs to be replaced.
If, once we have the bike in front of us, we see that something needs to be added to the budget, we always call the client first — so they’re fully informed and can make a decision.
We divide the total project cost into four payments:
– €1,000 + VAT as a reservation fee. This confirms your project and secures your place on the waiting list. This amount is deducted from the total budget.
– 50% one month before we begin. With this payment, we source all the necessary materials to make sure everything is in the workshop before we start. This helps us avoid unnecessary delays.
– 25% when we start assembly. At this stage, your bike is almost complete — only the electrical installation and final quality checks remain.
– 25% upon delivery. Now, all that’s left is for you to enjoy your ride.
It depends.
Full custom builds usually take between 45 and 90 days, depending on the complexity of the project. We’ll give you a more accurate delivery date once we fully understand the scope.
Partial projects typically take between 15 and 45 days, depending on the size and nature of the work.
As for classic vehicle customizations, timing also varies depending on each case, but a realistic estimate would be around 6 months.
Whenever the client requests it, our bikes are homologated.
And we say “whenever the client requests it” because sometimes the bikes are shipped outside Spain or are exhibition models that don’t need to pass the local inspection (ITV).
To homologate our builds, an engineer must create a technical report that validates the work, and a certified lab must approve it. It’s a long and somewhat tedious process, so delays are to be expected.
That said, with a bit of patience, all of our bikes can be homologated.
We offer a 6-month warranty on all parts and work carried out on the bike, as long as the issue is not caused by misuse.
If the problem is related to a component we haven’t touched during the customization process, we cannot take responsibility.
