BMW R100RS //
#BOLT17

At Bolt Motor Company, we’re back at it again with another BMW — and this time it’s a fully restored BMW R100 RS.
A clean, elegant design that might seem simple at first glance… but once you lock eyes on it, it’s hard to look away.
We usually like to let our bikes speak for themselves, but here’s a quick look behind the scenes of the restoration, customization and personalization process behind the #BOLT17, so you can fully appreciate what this build involved.
The owner of this beauty wanted something clean, yet striking and unmistakably unique.
To make that vision a reality, we blended classic café racer DNA with modern, cutting-edge details — perfectly marrying vintage soul with a contemporary twist.
Take the retro tires, the color palette, and the paintwork (crafted by Rafa García Cano’s workshop) — all of them echo the timeless BMW vibe.
But then, you’ve got the seat with integrated lights and turn signals, and a fully homologated LED headlight that give it a modern and sleek personality.
Homologation is something many of our clients worry about. That’s why we work with specialized engineers who know this process inside out.
We also aim to use homologated components and parts whenever possible to make sure passing inspection is never a problem.
Of course, every project is unique — and so is its homologation process — but at Bolt Motor Company, we handle it all for you.
Now, one of the most time-consuming parts of this BMW R100 RS might not be obvious at first glance: the handmade subframe.
At Bolt, we believe that every detail matters, and this one is no exception.
The finishing touch? A set of Hagon shocks that complete the look and feel of this ride.
