The first thing that stands out when you see this BMW K100 RS is the sharp upward line of the chassis, which gives the bike a much more aggressive and sporty look.
Thanks to the frame design and geometry, the iconic liquid-cooled four-cylinder engine of the BMW takes center stage like never before.
Both the subframe and fuel tank were designed and handcrafted in-house by the Bolt Motor Company team — café racer specialists based in Valencia.
The #BOLT34 is based on a 1986 BMW K100 RS, a model loved by the café racer community for its versatility and performance potential. In this case, we created something truly striking by mounting Marzocchi forks from a Ducati Panigale 1199, paired with Brembo monoblock calipers and 330 mm brake discs.
The upper and lower triple clamps were designed from scratch in our workshop and manufactured via CNC. We engineered them to fit any BMW K-series frame without modifications or adapters. The GP Italy exhaust system and custom Hagon rear suspension complete the performance setup.
All the electronic components come from Motogadget.
The LED café racer-style headlight and tail light, along with the turn signals, are all from Motogadget as well.
The headlight fairing was fully 3D designed in our workshop, tailored specifically for this build.
Getting a result like this takes time.
Many times, it’s our own mechanics who not only install, but also design, fabricate, and adapt key components.
In this case, the subframe, battery box, and wheel axles were all handcrafted in-house — and it shows.
The tires? A bold choice: Michelin Anakee Wilds, aggressive-looking dual-purpose tires that offer an excellent ride both on and off-road.
What makes the #BOLT34 truly unique is that most of the parts were made specifically for this project, crafted by hand for a one-of-a-kind finish.
That includes the seat, created by Tapicerías Llop, a Valencian upholstery shop we’ve worked with for years — and who, once again, nailed it.
In short, with this BMW K100 RS, we achieved the perfect balance between raw visual appeal and ride comfort.
The #BOLT34 will grab attention with its aggressive looks — but it’s also built to be enjoyed on the road, every day.
