We’ve got fresh updates from Bolt Motor Company, the cafe racer customization specialists based in Valencia. Today, we’re showing you the before and after of a build that speaks for itself — a transformation of a Yamaha XT 600 that’s nothing short of jaw-dropping.
Can you believe the bike on the left and the one on the right are the same machine?
Perhaps the biggest challenge in converting this old Yamaha XT 600 into the stunning cafe racer you see now was explaining to its owner how the final result would look. Let’s be honest — looking at the original bike required a lot of imagination. But once the Bolt Motor Co. team got their hands on it, the vision came to life.
While the transformation is impressive across the board, one of the first things that catches the eye is the seat design, complete with integrated running lights, brake light, and turn signals.
Then you’ve got the inverted fork, reworked wheels with modified diameter, and — of course — the tank. For this build, we repurposed a Honda CB250 tank, carefully adapting it to fit the XT 600 frame like a glove.
The result? A masterpiece.
