Honda CBX 1000 //
#BOLT50

At Bolt Motor Company, we try to make sure that every bike is unique and different from the last. So when we were approached by clients who wanted a batch of motorcycles based on the same model, with shared DNA but distinct personalities, we knew we had to fire up every creative cylinder.
Not long ago, we introduced the #BOLT40, a custom Honda CBX1000 built for five-time world champion Jorge Martínez Aspar. Today, we’re excited to present the #BOLT50, another CBX1000 build, this time for one of Aspar’s closest friends.
At first glance, this bike might remind you of Aspar’s build — but place them side by side, and you’ll see they are completely different machines. The #BOLT50 features cleaner proportions and more harmonious lines, with a refined yet bold presence.
#BOLT50 – FULL DETAILS ON THIS HONDA CBX1000
We swapped out the entire front end for one from a MotoGP bike, fitting it with Brembo Serie Oro brakes, high-performance discs, and race-grade brake lines. For added comfort and daily usability, we installed a Renthal handlebar and custom CNC-milled triple clamps from Bolt Motor Co. The brake and clutch master cylinders are also Brembo units.
One of the privileges of working on this project was having access to genuine parts and components used in top-tier racing. For example, the front wheels on this Honda CBX1000 came from a Moto2 race bike.
A major highlight up front is the headlight — proof that the right part can completely change the soul of a motorcycle. For the instrument cluster, we went with the best: Motogadget.
We used the original tank, but the paintwork is where the magic happened. We always knew this bike would be black, but we wanted a truly exceptional gloss finish. That vision came to life thanks to Ángel at Airbrush Customs, who made the bike shine like it was sculpted from glass.
The seat, handcrafted by Tapicerías Llop, is a two-seater upholstered in suede, treated with a rain-resistant finish to ensure it holds up in any weather.
Now, the rear section is where this CBX1000 truly shows off the craftsmanship involved. Our team spent countless hours adapting a MotoGP swingarm and an Ohlins race-spec shock. Both the subframe and tail section were fully custom-built by our in-house team.
The engine was meticulously rebuilt, with every part restored and enhanced using a battery of six carburetors and performance air filters — the same setup used by our friends at the Aspar Team.
The entire electrical and electronic system is brand new, simplified and optimized for flawless performance.
As we progressed with this Honda CBX1000, it became clear we had a true diamond on our hands — a unique bike, with world-class components and a design that speaks for itself. When it was finished, we knew we had done it again.
The best part? Seeing the look on the owner’s face.
We’ll be sharing it on our social channels soon — trust us, it’s one worth seeing.
And here’s a little story for you: when the client saw the bike for the first time, he didn’t say a word — he just smiled, paused, and decided to name it “La Belluci”, capturing the spirit of the machine in three words:
Italian. Mature. Beautiful.
