Harley Davidson //
#BOLT27

The first Harley Davidson to roll out of our workshop… and what a Harley it is.
Beyond the final result (which speaks for itself), the #BOLT27 is a truly special project for us because of the incredible team behind it. But let’s start from the beginning…
When the crew from Revival of the Machine approached us about this project, our eyes lit up.
Having the chance to customize a Harley Davidson for such a high-profile client was a real honor. And getting to collaborate with Revival of the Machine and Harley Davidson Spain was an absolute dream.
If you couldn’t resist and went straight to the gallery, you’ve already seen how hard it is to put the #BOLT27 into words.
So here’s the first thing you need to know: it’s a 1972 Harley Davidson Shovel.
And even though Harleys are some of the most customized bikes in the world, you won’t see many results like this one — a build that steers far away from the classic chopper style.
If you want to know more about how this Harley Davidson Shovel became the #BOLT27, keep reading.
The front end is original Harley, but to give it that aggressive stance, we added Brembo front calipers, oversized brake discs, Goodridge lines, and a handlebar and grips from Biltwell.
The speedometer, tachometer, and other instruments are all Motogadget.
We have to give special mention to the headlight bracket, which was designed and 3D-printed in-house, with integrated turn signals — all custom-made by Bolt Motor Company specifically for this build.
The same goes for the tail section, handmade in fiberglass in our workshop.
The engine has been fully restored, the electronics are Motogadget, the tires are Avon, and we fitted Highsider mirrors.
As for the paintwork, we aimed to blend the spirit of Bolt, Hard Rock Hotel, and Revival of the Machine.
What do you think of the result?
