Introducing the #BOLT20, a BMW K100 RS hailed as the best BMW build in Spain — this bike took home the BMW Motorrad España Grand Prize in 2018.
We’re talking about one of the most striking builds to ever come out of our garage.
It took hundreds of hours to bring it to life, but the result speaks for itself.
From the original bike that rolled into the workshop, only the engine and part of the frame remain.
Everything else has been rebuilt or replaced — including the fuel tank, which was reshaped to follow the rising line of the custom subframe. That’s how we achieved this bike’s sharp and aggressive silhouette.
This BMW K100 RS custom features Ohlins forks, Brembo brakes, and modern BMW wheels.
Too often, people assume that the wow factor in a custom bike is just about design — but they forget how crucial it is to choose the right components.
That’s why the #BOLT20 was built using only the most premium parts on the market.
And it shows.
Another common myth? That bikes like these are just showpieces.
Nothing could be further from the truth — the owner of this BMW K100 RS rides it almost every day.
In fact, during the build process, we also designed a removable two-seater seat so the bike could be enjoyed by two.
The rear tail section of the #BOLT20 was designed and 3D printed by our team, tailored down to the last millimeter.
